LIBRARIAN....
Yep. That's what I've decided my calling is. I've found an Associate Degree which I shouldn't have any trouble getting into and I should have finished it around the time Schmooey starts school.
Cool huh?
Well that's this week anyway.

Weird and Wacky...
So, I used to meditate. ALOT. Don't really get the time these days.
Anyway, when I was shown meditation techniques I was told to picture someone walking towards me. My soul!
The first time my soul was a black man. I had no idea at the time he would later be revealed as somewhat of a soulmate. Albeit a fucked up one. But, I definitely think we had been around the traps together a dozen times before.
Then, the first time I saw my husband in a dream. Couldn't make out the face but the rest of him is the same. Weird.
And then.....Then my kids. They became my soul before I even knew who they were. I was surprised at first because the older of the two was a girl and I was only EVER having boys but I trusted my guides. I did think the younger one was a boy but found it strange that I would have a boy with hair that looked "girly". I'm not a Kate Hudson or Elle MacPherson type that wants my little boy to have long flowing locks. Not that the little person in my meditation had long hair as such. More a little too long for a boy of mine if that makes sense???
Anyway, today the girls were sitting out the front, in the nude after some water play, eating their frozen yoghurts and it dawned on me. This is the age they came to me in my meditations. It's them. It's really them. I had this overwhelming sense for the first time that they really are those souls. I mean, I know they're mine and they're meant to be here with me but it was just so weird to finally see them as the little souls that ran to me time and time again. It was those little souls that, after my first miscarry, gave me a knowing that I would still have children.
Can you see how words just can't do this experience any justice. I could try to explain it all night but I just can't find the words except maybe.....
I cried in that moment.

I'm convinced...
Woolworths really are the fresh food people.
I innocently decided to do a shop at Coles this evening just for a bit of variety and, yet again, I was disappointed by their fresh food section.
Their pumpkin always looks bad, never overly happy with their fruit and their meat doesn't win me over either.
There are other items within the store I do like, don't get me wrong, but when it comes to fresh food, Woolies really wins hands down.
It's no wonder I keep going back to my old haunt. That and the fact my super butcher is there too!

Time? What time???
So, I started my little 4 week stint at Uni on my return from Fiji and OMFG! I. AM. TIRED.
I must say, though, I am proud of the effort I've put in and how effortlessly I seem to have managed it. I've done okay and we're on week 3. One week to go and I'm hoping I pass. I think I will. Quietly confident and all that. I had to do a tutorial presentation yesterday which was totally "pee-in-you-pants" style of nerve-wracking. But, again, I think I went okay. No better or worse than most of the people there but okay.
I am secretly a nerd though. Okay, well, not so secretly. I'm just an out and out nerd. What can I ay. I've really enjoyed it. I actually enjoyed writing the essay. Who does that? I am also nerdy enough that the first draft is actually the final (except for an opening sentence and about 3 different words) because the lecturer has said it's almost "distinction" worthy. The first essay I've ever written and it's distinction worthy? I'm a total NERD!
Anyway, enough about my nerdiness.......
So, today is Operation Clean The House and I seriously would prefer to just go and laze about all day. I have one load of washing on with 3 others waiting and the house is in dire need of a clean up. Not that I really see the point now that we have chickens living in our bathroom.
Yes, that's correct. 3 chickens are the new additions to our family. AJ and Schmoo lurv them. They just want to squish them soooo hard! It's scary to be honest. Poor little guys.
So their names are BB, Rosie and Nugget (as in chicken nugget? Yes that's correct!).
And that's the big news here at Freddo's Farm. That's it.
And I'm TIRED!
